WHEN ARE YOU OPEN?
Eye Like Gallery is open Tuesday to Saturday from 11am to 5pm for you to come and browse (and chat...) You can also book an appointment between 9.30am and 11am if you need to collect artwork or have an artwork/framing consultation. (Please be aware that we are closed on Bank Holidays.)
DO I NEED TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?
For artwork browsing, please pop in any time during our opening hours and we will be happy to assist! The only instance that we do require an appointment to be booked, is on Saturdays for framing consultations.
However, if you wish to see specific artwork, we do recommend booking an appointment, as we can ensure that we have the pieces ready for you to view. (Not all of our artwork is kept in the gallery, and some pieces can only be ordered online).
Similarly, if you wish to have a framing consultation during the week, by booking an appointment we can be sure that there will be a member of staff ready to assist you.

CAN I ORDER ONLINE?
Yes, whether you are U.K. or internationally based, you can order unframed and framed artwork online for delivery. Specific information on shipping can be found here. If you wish to click and collect from the gallery, once you have placed your order you can book a collection appointment here.
HOW DO YOU PACK THE ARTWORK?
All unframed prints are hand rolled in conservation tissue paper and shipped in postal tubes (unless they are unable to be rolled, in which case they are sent flat).
For framed artwork being shipped within the U.K., or small artworks being shipped internationally, the glass is taped (if applicable) and the sides of the frames are covered in foam bumpers to protect the edges. They artwork is then wrapped in bubble wrap and board.
For larger framed artworks being shipped internationally, the artwork is required to be crated in a foam lined plywood case for protection.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
As we use external couriers for the majority of our deliveries, the lead times for delivery will vary depending on the order and the shipping location. For U.K. deliveries, the lead time is between approximately 2-21 working days, and for international orders, the lead time is approximately 3-28 working days. DO YOU OFFER ANY PAYMENT PLANS?
Yes, we currently offer the following three payment plans.
You can select this as your payment method directly at the checkout. This will allow you to receive your item(s) and spread the total cost over 6 weekly payments. Terms and conditions and limits apply, please head to the Laybuy website here for more details.
PayPal Pay in 3

ARE FRAMING SERVICES AVAILABLE?
Yes - this includes framing for prints and originals purchased at the gallery, but also any external pieces that you may have. Framing quotations can be provided via a framing consultation in the gallery, which is free of charge for the first half an hour. Please be aware that the lead time for framing is approximately 3 weeks.

We also offer a 20% framing discount on the framing of any artwork that is purchased at the gallery!
I WANT TO USE MY OWN FRAMER, ARE THE SIZES ON THE WEBSITE ACCURATE?
Although we try to ensure that the print sizes on our website are as accurate as possible, you should not give the sizes on the product pages to your framer. We always advise taking the artwork to the framer to be measured accurately.

DO YOU OFFER PICTURE HANGING?
We're able to recommend a specialist picture hanger within a certain radius of the gallery, please contact us directly for more information.
We are able to offer valuations for certain artworks only. Please contact us for more information and to find out if we are able to assist you.
We can provide you with recommendations for specialist artwork insurance. Please contact us for more information.
We can store artwork free of charge for a maximum period of three months after the order date. For any subsequent storage, there is a charge of £50 per month inclusive of VAT.
Storage is only applicable to artwork that has been purchased from Eye Like Gallery, or for artwork that has been framed by us.
IS THE ARTWORK ACCOMPANIED BY A CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY?
The artworks on our website are produced by a variety of artists and publishers; therefore a Certificate of Authenticity is only provided if the artist/publisher accompanies them with their artwork. However, in the instance that one is not included with the order, we can produce an Eye Like Gallery Certificate of Authenticity upon request.
