    Exchanged Goods

    Eye Like Gallery is happy to offer an exchange/credit note for items, provided that the goods are returned within 14 days of purchase, and are received back to us in perfect condition. The customer is responsible for organising and paying for the exchange via a tracked service, and also paying for the redelivery of the exchanged goods. 

    Refunds

    Eye Like Gallery is happy to offer a refund for items (minus the original shipping fee), provided that the goods are returned within 14 days of purchase, and are received back to us in perfect condition. The customer is responsible for organising and paying for the return via a tracked service.

    In both cases, a valid Sales Receipt must be produced. To process an exchange/return, please send an email to us at hello@eyelikegallery.com informing us why you would like to return your order.

    PLEASE NOTE: We are not able to offer an exchange/credit note/refund for goods tailor-made to personal requirements, such as bespoke framing or commissions.

     

    PURCHASES MADE IN STORE

    Eye Like Gallery is happy to offer an exchange/credit note for items, provided that the goods are returned within 48 hours of purchase, and are received back to us in perfect condition. The customer is responsible for organising and paying for the exchange via a tracked service.

    Refunds

    Eye Like Gallery is not able to offer a refund for purchases made in store.

    In both cases, a valid Sales Receipt must be produced. To process an exchange/return, please send an email to us at hello@eyelikegallery.com informing us why you would like to return your order.

    DAMAGED ITEMS

    In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, it must be reported to hello@eyelikegallery along with photographs, within 24 hours of the item being delivered. After this length of time, we cannot be held liable for any damage that may have occurred, and the item cannot be returned or replaced. We ask that you also please keep hold of the packaging that the artwork has been delivered in. Once you have contacted us, we will be in touch as soon as possible with a solution.

    Please be aware that for purchases made in store, once an artwork has left the gallery we cannot be held responsible for any damage.
